RETURN POLICY
Blackhorse Pub & Brewery wants all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. For online orders, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund (less shipping charges) within 45 days from the purchase date. All items must be returned in new condition to be eligible for a refund. To begin an online return, please submit a request to clarksville@blackhorsebrews.com.
In store purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and require a receipt of purchase. Items must be in new condition.
Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be credited to the original payment method.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are fulfilled and shipped out of our flagship location in Clarksville, TN. Shipping rates are based on weight and distance from this location.
